Scanning receipts
A receipt is a paper record of money that already moved. Our Konomy's job is to get it from paper to budget in three steps — without asking you to decide anything you have not already decided.
Photograph it
Point the camera at the receipt. The app captures it and hands it to the engine. That is the only step that requires your hands.
Review every line
The engine reads the receipt into structured lines — amounts, dates, items. You see all of them before anything is saved, and every one of them can be edited. The engine is strong; you are the check.
Confirm, and it is budgeted
Nothing enters the budget until you confirm. The confirmed receipt becomes a normal expense in the open month — recorded, clean, and part of the close.
