Family invitations
Getting someone into the family budget should be as deliberate as getting them out. Invitations in Our Konomy are one-time codes tied to a person and a role — never a shared password, never 'the family email'.
One code, one person, one role
An invitation names the role the person joins with — admin, member or viewer. The code works once, for that person, into that seat. There is no reusable family login.
Joining is a moment, not a state
Accepting the invitation links the person's own account to the family. After that, they sign in as themselves — their data, their history, their language — working inside the shared budget.
Leaving is a revoke, not a purge
Revoking an invitation removes the person's access going forward. The budget, the months, the records stay exactly as they were — a person leaving a family does not rewrite the family's history.
